Apex Speciality Clinic (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates this website to provide information about our ENT and Women's / maternity care services and to help you request appointments. Our clinic is located at No: 7, Metha Street, Mahalakshmi Nagar, East Tambaram, Chennai – 600073.
02Information we collect
When you use the appointment form or contact us, we may collect your name, phone number, preferred department, preferred date and any reason for visit you choose to share.
This website does not run advertising trackers. Standard technical data (such as your browser type and general location) may be processed by our hosting provider to keep the site secure and reliable.
03How your booking information is sent
Our appointment form does not store your details on this website. When you submit it, the information is used only to open a pre-filled message in WhatsApp (or your phone dialler) so you can send it directly to the clinic. You remain in control and choose whether to send it.
04How we use your information
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, schedule your appointment, and provide the care you request. We do not sell or rent your personal information to any third party.
05Health information
Any health details you share are treated as confidential and handled in line with applicable Indian medical confidentiality standards. Clinical records created during your care are maintained securely by the clinic and its treating doctors.
06Third-party services
The site may embed Google Maps to show our location and use WhatsApp to receive appointment messages. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective privacy policies.
07Data retention
Appointment messages you send via WhatsApp are retained by the clinic only as long as necessary to serve you and to meet medical record-keeping obligations.
